It started with one episode of the president sending armed thugs to Minneapolis. This is not an episode of a television show. He said that he is deporting the “worst of the worst”. Now, the Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem says that if you are in the United States and are not a citizen, you are here illegally, therefore, you are illegal and will be deported. You could be here for half a century or more, and you will be deported. These human beings have been in the United States, paying taxes and doing the jobs that other citizens do not want to do. They have families and only want to be part of our family.
They killed a woman who held no animosity toward the man who put three bullets in her head. These men in masks claim to be doing what the president thinks is right. They are wrong. They are taking away our civil rights and the lives of so many people. Once again, are they doing it for money or some subconscious reason? Perhaps they are doing this job because someone has wronged them. Yes, that was the excuse the Vice President gave for the man murdering the mother after she said, “I am not mad at you”. If the killer had such a problem and was apprehensive, why was he given a gun?
These ICE agents are like the men and women that they capture. Many are doing jobs that no one wants to do. Many think of themselves as cowboys playing cops and robbers. Maybe the ICE agents should put themselves in the shoes of the men and women that they deport.
