Copper to me is a great place for simply grub anytime. We have been there for lunch and dinner, winter, spring, summer and fall. It is an upscale tavern for an everyday meal. It features daily specials and great burgers, wings and more. It is not a chain restaurant but much more.
At heart, Copper is a sports bar with a collage of different TVs on the different sports channels. You can sit and watch the NBA and golf at the same time. It has both an inside and outside seating area to accommodate large parties and individuals. The outside is covered so you can be outside even in inclement weather with heater for the chill. My husband and I usually go outside because it is a little less noisy.
It is child friendly and have a kid’s menu to satisfy a juvenile palate. We have taken our grandchildren and their parents for dinner and in the warmer weather allow the kids to play in the open area. We can see them play so they do not have to sit still.
It is a bit more expensive than a chain fast food restaurant but in my opinion it is worth it. When we do not want to cook, it is a good satisfying alternative to starvation. All joking aside, it is a very nice restaurant and would give it at least three and half stars out of four.
